Shak was brilliant from start to finish of buying my car. He helped me with absolutely everything beyond the actual exchange of the car. Even with my road tax, vehicle ownership documents and sorted me right out with some elements to the MOT before I drove off with my new wheels. Nothing was too much trouble and I could text him anytime about all my questions. He also really helped explain the finance process (new to me) and quickly found solutions to hiccups in the process. We Bought a 2.0 tdi golf from shaq for my mrs - her first car, car was very presentable when we arrived and shaq greeted us all warmly, we quickly looked around the car and he showed me all the service history which was all great for the age of the car. He took us for a test drive and then let me have a test drive of my own to make sure i was content with my purchase. We had been messed about with another dealer the day before and i told this to shaq and he told me the experience with him will be a lot better before i travelled another 130 miles to view this vehicle after already doing 100 miles and being messed around by somebody else. Shaq wasn't lying he was very professional and made sure we was going away with a mint vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anybody!! Worth the travel 100%

Just brought a Nissan Qashquai+2 from Emporium Cars. The exact car we was looking for. A great price and very well presented. Shak was amazing. Very polite, patient and a very nice man. I would highly recommend and would definateley recommend to family and friends.

Bought a Peugeot 208 last month from Emporium Cars. The car was in good cosmetic condition, but after driving it for a couple of days we noticed a few things: front passenger door was catching making a noise and there was an amber engine light on the dashboard. Shaq said that these repairs were covered by his 3-month warranty and not only this but he went the extra mile by collecting the car from Portsmouth where we were, took it to the garage in Southampton and then he delivered it back to us in Portsmouth after all necessary repairs had been carried out.

A true warranty and professionalism, so I would recommend him definitely for peace of mind.

Shaq sold us a Nissan Qashqui a few months ago and the car is exactly what he sold us. We went back today with our grandson who purchased a Ford fiesta. Shaq is a very honest car dealer who sells honest cars. Would thoroughly recommend.

What can I say, absolutely first class service, shaq is a salesman that let's you look without hovering to make your choice at your pace, no pushy salesman here, he is friendly, calm and helpful, I looked at a specific car, then was drawn to a car more money, which he said if I didn't use those options ( higher spec) why pay more money so originally bought the car I went to look at, encountered a problem, shaq picked it up, put it right, car runs perfectly I'm very happy, how refreshing to have a no nonsense no stress non pushy car salesman, with no worry of picking up the phone if you encounter an issue, I highly recommend and will be only going back to this chap in the future, finding a car you can trust to buy is hard, shaq makes it easy and pleasurable which is how it should be.
